The LEAP program supports local school districts in providing applied learning and real-world experience for their students. The three curriculum levels, fifth grade, eighth grade and high school, provide students with a differentiated educational experience to meet their varying needs.
We have a role to play in supporting the communities that build and use THOR products. We’ve focused on three areas where we can have the greatest impact. For young people in our hometown, we’ve developed an innovative and hands-on education program to introduce them to career opportunities in their own backyard in the recreational vehicle industry. We have also taken a strategic approach to our philanthropic efforts and created new partnerships that will have lasting benefits for all who enjoy the outdoors.
Community Involvement
THOR Industries has long been a proud supporter of United Way and Habitat for Humanity. Both organizations offer many ways that we have positively impacted the communities where our employees and consumers live, work and play.
