@thorindustries #ThorPartner #WindowtotheWorld The morning light peeks in and illuminates the steam rising up from my freshly brewed coffee and the kids slowly pile into our bed as they wake up one by one, pushing their way to the window to watch the surfers catch the first waves of the morning. Their tiny hands leave my favorite little fingerprints behind, and their eyes light up with excitement for the adventures that await today. We’ve been able explore and see so much already in our new (to us) Airstream, and it’s given our family the opportunity to share this same cozy morning routine together each day while offering us continually changing views right outside our window. Traveling with my HOME is truly my favorite thing in the world.

Why do you like it here?

We love to beach camp here as a family, my husband and I take turns surfing with our kids, riding bikes to breakfast in the morning, taking a sailboat out in Oceanside and just laying on the beach.

What noteworthy places are nearby?

We love all of the little beach towns up and down the coast surrounding Carlsbad: Encinitas, Leucadia and then up north to Oceanside and  San Clemente. They all have those relaxed quintessential “California” vibes.

What’s your favorite part about this view?

The ocean has always felt like home to us. My husband and I actually lived on a boat for a bit when we were first married. Now we live about an hour inland, but looking out at this view, watching the sun rise and set over the ocean is our favorite thing.

Which views are on your bucket list?

We have yet to road trip really far distances because of our kids ages, but now that our youngest is one I think it would be amazing to road trip up to Yosemite.
