What’s your favorite place to eat in the area & why?
I love bringing my own food to cook in the RV or over a campfire. It’s an easy way to save money as a family and we like to have our favorite foods on hand to serve as a taste of home.
Why do you like it here?
I love it there because of the history, the beauty and the love that I have for the Arizona desert. The views of the Grand Canyon are so inspirational and humbling; it really reminds you how insignificant human beings are on a grand scale.
What’s your favorite part about this view & why?
It’s not only breathtaking but there’s a wonderful trail you can walk alongside of the Grand Canyon to see multiple different views. Also in the evening you can see the lights of the north rim of the Grand Canyon.
How do you decide where to go next?
It’s all about how much time we have off to explore and how far we can go within that time. I usually just look at the map and get inspired where to go from there. We like to take the roads that are less traveled and enjoy the scenery along the way.
