Jason and Dawn are a spontaneous couple that departed from their high rise in Chicago to hit the highway full-time. With the desire to live their unconventional lifestyle, they’ve managed to balance city life with off-the-grid adventures. They enjoy waking up to new views and exploring unfamiliar towns, all while having their home on wheels with them at all times.

Why do you like it here?

The vibe is right in our wheelhouse. We love the coastal town feel with a relaxed, inviting atmosphere from all of the locals. 

Who’s your favorite travel buddy?

Each other. We are both spontaneous, easy going and always down for a new adventure, which makes traveling together fun and stress free.

Salmon Sisters, Little Mermaid, Cosmic Kitchen, Salty Dawg Saloon, Bishops Beach, Homer Farmers Market, Katmai National Park, Two Sisters Bakery, Seldovia, Kodiak Island, Kachemak Bay State Park.

How do you decide where to go next?

Talking to the locals! They have the best recommendations. 

Which views are on your bucket list?

In the RV, we’d like to travel to see the Northern Lights and Baja, Cali. Otherwise, Thailand and Australia are on our short-list for international travel.
